About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Director for its outpatient opioid treatment program in Petersburg, Virginia. The organization provides evidence-based medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder and is committed to improving access to care. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 4:45 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.; this position requires early morning hours beginning at 5:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in counseling or a related field, or experience in another field of similar experience.
• Registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling and one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LSATP, or CSAC.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Active CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID, with the appropriate license or certificate provided.
• If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence.
