About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Director for its Myrtle Beach, South Carolina opioid treatment program (OTP). The organization provides outpatient, office-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for people with opioid use disorder and is committed to accessible, evidence-based care and an inclusive environment for employees and patients. The position requires early morning hours beginning at 5:00 AM.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in counseling or a related field, or experience in another field of similar experience.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with a large team.
• MAT experience.
• Proven track record.
• If recovering, three years of continuous, verifiable abstinence is required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in the human services field.
• Licensed Counselor in South Carolina.
