Program Development Manager
About The Position
RS&H is seeking a Program Development Manager for the District 2 Corridor Program Office in Jacksonville, FL. This is an embedded position requiring 5 days per week in the office. The role is integral to the development of the overall program and the delivery of large, complex projects in District 2, from RFQ development and marketing through construction. The manager will lead procurement, plans development, and assist during construction. This position involves coordinating with subject matter experts and project managers to ensure program and project success according to client expectations. It also includes providing managerial and personnel assistance, identifying program needs, and filling those needs with available resources. Key aspects include organization and clear communication of program goals and decisions among all involved parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program and 12 years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to follow through, and ability to work independently following general direction and oversight from leadership
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, set priorities, and manage multiple projects and assignments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Demonstrate professional courage
- Guide and influence others
Nice To Haves
- Professional Engineer license preferred
- Passion for project management
- PMP certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of RFQs
