About The Position

Realty Income is seeking a Learning and Development Program Manager to join their People Success Team. This role is responsible for the planning, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement of leadership and employee development programs. The position manages the end-to-end administration and enhancement of programs like the Senior Leader Development Program (SLDP), Leadership Advanced, and Leadership Essentials. Key responsibilities include program planning, nomination processes, scheduling, communication, materials management, survey administration, effectiveness measurement, budgeting, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing corporate learning programs within a complex business environment, demonstrating organization, collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate talent priorities into effective learning experiences. This role may also involve managing other talent development projects.

Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, talent development, organizational development, leadership development, or related HR program management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing leadership development, manager development, or enterprise learning programs, including program logistics, stakeholder communications, cohort management, and learning measurement.
  • Experience developing, adapting, or implementing learning content across in-person, virtual and blended environments.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, Instructional Design, I/O Psychology, Communications, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing external vendors, budgets, invoices, learning materials, and program operations.
  • Experience with talent development initiatives, leadership programs, employee development, engagement, performance, or organizational effectiveness projects.
  • Experience administering or coordinating assessment tools (e.g., 360-degree feedback, personality inventories, simulations).
  • Workday, LMS administration, survey platform, or learning analytics experience strongly preferred.
  • Project management certification and training/leadership programs, preferred.
  • Talent development, instructional design, coaching, facilitation, ATD/CPTD, Kirkpatrick, or related learning evaluation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage leadership and employee development programs, including annual planning, operating cadence, and execution.
  • Maintain and enhance program content, curricula, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
  • Coordinate program logistics and scheduling, including calendars, cohort schedules, session planning, and virtual/room logistics.
  • Lead the nominations and cohort management process, including timelines, communications, and eligibility guidance.
  • Manage communications and stakeholder engagement with participants, managers, executive sponsors, facilitators, and vendors.
  • Measure learning effectiveness using tools like the Kirkpatrick Model, assessing reaction, learning, behavior, and business impact.
  • Analyze data and report insights on participation, completion, engagement, and program outcomes.
  • Manage program budget and vendors, including expense monitoring, invoice processing, and vendor relationship management.
  • Facilitate employee learning communities and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Develop employee learning resources, guides, toolkits, and development materials.
  • Support learning technology, reporting, and administration within platforms like Workday.
  • Collaborate with People Success Partners, Talent Development, executives, and subject matter experts to identify development needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating feedback and identifying process enhancements.
  • Support talent development projects, leadership capability, employee development, engagement, performance, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Protect data and confidentiality of participant and talent-related information.
