Program Delivery Lead

Blend360•Columbia, MD

About The Position

Blend is seeking a senior, client-facing Program Delivery Lead to serve as its primary point of contact between Spectrum Reach and the household intelligence platform program. The role owns the day-to-day relationship with Spectrum Reach, learns how its teams sell, plan, build audiences, activate campaigns and measure results, and identifies where the platform can deliver commercial value. The Program Lead will turn those opportunities into a coordinated program of prioritized use cases, measurable pilots, sales enablement and clear product requirements. The position brings structure to work that currently happens case by case. It requires executive presence, credibility with media sellers and agencies, and the ability to translate data products into commercial value. The successful candidate must also be fluent enough in data, identity and advertising technology to assess feasibility and trade-offs. The Program Lead will run Spectrum Reach beta initiatives, coordinate pilot design and measurement, turn documented results into evidence-based case studies and sales materials, and work with Reach leadership on packaging, pricing and seller-credit mechanics. The role will also guide improvements to the platform roadmap based on Reach's needs, enable sellers and agency partners, coordinate Blend's cross-functional delivery teams, and report pipeline, adoption and outcomes to Charter and Blend leadership. Success includes establishing key relationships and operating routines, documenting Reach's current workflows, prioritizing use cases, ensuring beta campaigns have success criteria and measurement plans, delivering seller enablement, and incorporating Reach requirements into the platform roadmap. Over time, the goal is to produce measured results and case studies, integrate platform-powered products into Reach's regular sales motion, and grow revenue and seller adoption tied to the platform.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in advertising, media or ad tech, including senior roles at a media seller, agency, data provider or ad tech platform.
  • Understanding of how a media sales organization operates, including seller incentives, agency and direct channels, local and national sales, inventory and yield.
  • Track record of taking data products to market and running the associated deals and partnerships.
  • Working knowledge of how TV and digital advertising is bought and sold, including linear and addressable TV, streaming and CTV, programmatic, and local and national sales.
  • Fluency in audience data, identity resolution and activation—including ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, data onboarding and clean rooms—sufficient to judge feasibility and trade-offs.
  • Experience designing or interpreting campaign measurement, including lift tests, matched-market and holdout designs, and attribution.
  • Program leadership in large, matrixed organizations, including setting priorities, running cadences, managing dependencies and securing decisions across groups that do not report to you.
  • Executive presence with senior client stakeholders and the ability to explain data science outputs in commercial terms.
  • Sound judgment on privacy and data governance in advertising.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at or with an MVPD or cable ad sales business, or with addressable TV platforms.
  • Experience with an in-house agency or a holding-company agency.
  • Consulting or client-services experience, ideally in data and analytics.
  • Exposure to AI-driven audience products such as modeled, lookalike or embedding-based audiences.
  • Experience building sales enablement and training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own Blend's day-to-day relationship with Spectrum Reach and establish a regular operating cadence, including working sessions, status updates and escalation.
  • Build working relationships across Reach's sales, product and platforms, audience and data, ad operations, yield, research and measurement teams, as well as its in-house agency and partner agencies.
  • Represent Reach's needs in program and product planning, and represent the platform in Reach planning and client conversations.
  • Map Reach's end-to-end workflows for taking briefs, building and sizing audiences, using data and identity matching, activating campaigns and measuring results.
  • Identify workflow pain points, data limitations and client needs that Reach cannot currently serve; keep current on Reach priorities, launches, sales targets and client mix.
  • Understand Reach's seller incentives and buyer segments, and shape packaging and selling approaches that work for both media buyers and the platform's insights, CRM and marketing buyers.
  • Run the Spectrum Reach beta program, selecting use cases and pilot advertisers, defining success criteria, and coordinating pilots through results.
  • Design evidence-based pilots, including back-tests, match tests and A/B tests comparing platform-informed audiences with Reach's current audiences.
  • Ensure every live campaign has a holdout and measurement plan, results are read out on time, and campaign wrap-ups become case studies.
  • Develop documented case studies, reusable sales stories and pricing input, ensuring claims are backed by evidence.
  • Work with Reach sales leadership on packaging, rate cards, deal attribution and seller credit; track pipeline, adoption and outcomes and report them to Charter and Blend leadership.
  • Lead ideation with Reach, size and prioritize opportunities, and drive the strongest ideas into the platform roadmap.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including positioning, pitch materials, FAQs, approved claims and proof points.
  • Train Reach sellers and planners and support pitches and client meetings with advertisers and agencies; ensure external language is accurate and receives Charter privacy and legal review where required.
  • Translate Reach requirements into scoped, prioritized requests for Blend product, data science, insights and measurement, engineering, identity and integrations teams.
  • Direct analysts and data scientists assigned to Reach work, set priorities and review outputs before they are shared with Reach.
  • Balance Reach requests against the broader platform roadmap and partner commitments, escalating trade-offs early.
  • Coordinate with Blend's enterprise partnership, insights and measurement, and media product leads so Reach and partner work reinforce each other.
