About The Position

The Program Delivery Lead oversees operations, performance management, and future-state strategy for Tandem Behavioral Health Care, an in-house Collaborative Care program serving patients with behavioral health needs through an interdisciplinary team. The role works with the Primary Care Organization’s National Director of Behavioral Health Strategy and Operations and the Tandem Care Medical Director at CenterWell at The Villages. It reports to the PCO’s Director of Behavioral Health Strategy and Operations. Candidates outside The Villages are expected to travel there approximately every other week and must live within a distance that supports sustainable travel.
