Program Coordinator

About The Position
You will drive execution of wellbeing and benefits-related programs and events that increase engagement and measurable program impact. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across HR, events, legal, D&I, safety/security and communication partners to deliver program collateral and communications. This is an onsite role based in San Jose, CA, working a standard full-time schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent evidence of exceptional ability
- 5+ years' experience managing communications, engagement and onsite event activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation
- Strong project management, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects and tasks in parallel; strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple worldwide time zones via email and video
- Proficiency with HR systems (preferably Workday, ServiceNow) and experience with case management tracking solutions
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of events and activities throughout the year that support the organization's global wellbeing and benefits strategy
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, D&I, Safety and Security, Employee Resource Center) to coordinate ongoing engagement and activities
- Collect and evaluate data to identify program opportunities, impacts, and measurable performance standards
- Document, update and maintain program collateral for internal and external audiences
- Answer and resolve escalations or requests for policy interpretation from vendors or internal client-facing roles
- Collect content for quarterly toolkits for U.S. and global teams
- Partner with Employee Communications and external communication consultants to deliver employee communications related to programs and activities
