About The Position

The Program Coordinator provides strategic leadership and oversight at an AHF wellness center. Working closely with the Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Senior Program Manager, the coordinator co-leads the team and supports day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure testing services are delivered seamlessly and in alignment with AHF’s core values and mission. The role contributes to patient growth, client experience, and operational performance, and helps develop policies, improve processes, and cultivate relationships that enhance the wellness experience. The Program Coordinator advocates for clients and supports a welcoming environment for clients and employees. The role is part of a close-knit team focused on meeting patient needs and advancing AHF’s reputation for comprehensive, compassionate wellness testing services. Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight at the wellness center.
Co-lead the team with the Nurse Practitioner and Senior Program Manager.
Support effective management of day-to-day operations.
Support employee engagement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Help ensure seamless delivery of testing services in alignment with AHF’s core values.

Participate in policy development and process improvement.
