About The Position

Dolby is seeking a contract Program Coordinator to support the Dolby Creator Lab, an initiative that helps creatives advance the art of storytelling and inspires, educates, and amplifies new voices. The role supports Creator Lab programs and content, including a weekly podcast, music and user-generated-content programs, virtual and in-person events, grants, and partnerships. The coordinator works with internal teams and external partners to develop, schedule, publish, and track Creator Lab content across Dolby’s global channels and Dolby.com. The role also supports communications, research, events, partner and vendor administration, and ongoing program operations. The contract duration is six months.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Poise and comfort speaking with staff and management at all levels.
Interest in consumer technology and/or the entertainment industry, including movies, music, and games.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Passionate, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Proficiency with Photoshop, Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet, Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, and Slack.
Ability to track projects and deliverables in Miro and Airtable.
Experience supporting and producing in-person and virtual events, including video and photo shoots, film screenings, receptions, conferences, and festivals.

Responsibilities

Support Dolby Creator Lab initiatives, including its weekly podcast, music and UGC programs, virtual and in-person events, grant programs, and partnerships.
Schedule podcast recording sessions across film and television, music, and gaming, coordinating with external business partners and internal stakeholders.
Manage digital assets, review edits, write program descriptions, and track deliverables with Social, Digital, and external partners.
Work cross-functionally with Design, Copy, Social, PR, and Digital to develop, schedule, and release Creator Lab content across Dolby’s global channels.
Support ongoing collaborations and project tracking with external partners and vendors.
Coordinate and manage digital content for Creator Lab’s Dolby.com presence, including building and publishing new pages and working with the digital team on new features and functions.
Prepare and coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, employee giveaways, and presentation decks about Creator Lab initiatives and programs.
Support the Sr. Manager of Programs and Content and the Dolby Creator Lab Director with vendor, partner, and sponsorship contracting, onboarding, invoicing, expense reporting, and travel.
Support research projects related to program initiatives.
Support ongoing initiatives and programs such as Dolby Creator Talks Podcast, Dolby Creator Lab Grants, film festivals including Sundance and SXSW, CES, and the Dolby Creator Lab Short Film Program.
