About The Position

Optimus LLC. is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to support technology implementation projects for clients. The role works closely with clients, vendors, and project teams to coordinate project activities, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and support successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and eager to develop expertise in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, PMO, or a related role.
• Experience with requirements gathering, data cleansing, reporting, system testing, or integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Based in Houston and interested in learning ETRM technology.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
• Energy industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings, requirements workshops, user acceptance testing, and project status updates.
• Gather and document business requirements, system functionality, and supporting business processes.
• Coordinate project deliverables, track milestones and performance metrics, and maintain project and communication plans.
• Support data conversion, system integration, testing, issue resolution, and end-user training throughout implementation.
