About The Position
At Four Oaks, the Program Coordinator leads a program and supports its employees and mission. The role focuses on shaping service quality, empowering and mentoring employees, solving problems, and helping families take meaningful steps toward a stronger future. The position is based at the Grinnell Campus in Grinnell, Iowa, and is full time on the first shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of social service experience.

- Prior supervisory experience.
