POSITION SUMMARY: The AWC Program Coordinator (PC) role is to establish a professional partnership with the Managing Employer (ME), Supports Service Professional (SSP), participants, families and teams to ensure the quality provision of AWC services in accordance with the participant’s Individual Support Plan (ISP). This employee is a field expert in all AWC policies, procedures, and requirements and shares that knowledge with the team to ensure the participants’ needs and programmatic deliverables are met.
