This involves utilizing computerized staff scheduling and payroll systems to process requests such as vacation, leave of absence, termination, maternity, and parental leave, and maintaining timekeeping records. The role also encompasses general clerical duties such as typing technical and non-technical material, arranging meetings and appointments, performing receptionist duties, and setting up and maintaining filing systems.
