We are hiring a Relief Full Time Program Clerk to join our team in Surrey, B.C. The role involves performing staffing duties for a program(s), including preparing and adjusting staff rotations, allocating and calling in relief nursing and non-nursing staff to fill vacancies in accordance with applicable collective agreements. This includes making arrangements for relief staff using a computerized staff scheduling system, processing requests like vacation, leave of absence, termination, maternity and parental leave, and maintaining timekeeping records with a computerized payroll system and related documentation. The Program Clerk also performs clerical duties such as typing technical and non-technical material using applicable software applications, arranging meetings and appointments as directed, performing receptionist duties, and setting up and maintaining filing system(s).
