About The Position
The Program Assistant/Teacher Aide is an entry-level, part-time position that helps ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to enrolled children and families. The role uses the center environment to assist staff in creating rich learning opportunities built around daily routines and supporting each child's development and education. Arkansas Early Learning provides early learning programs and child and family support services to children from birth to age five and their families throughout Arkansas.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to children and families enrolled in the program.
- Assist staff in using the center environment to create rich learning opportunities built around daily routines.
- Support each child's development and education.
