Program Analyst – Visitor Programs & Events
About The Position
The Program Analyst – Visitor Programs & Events supports visitor programs, laboratory tours, and special events that communicate the organization’s technical capabilities to industry, academia, government, and the public. The position plans and coordinates visitor requests, tours, and events; conducts guided walking tours; transports visitors to remote laboratories and event locations; maintains outreach records; develops reports; and prepares visitor-facing and continuity materials. The analyst also prepares communications and outreach products that comply with federal plain-language and Section 508 accessibility requirements. The position is onsite in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, five days per week. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a qualifying major.
- Eight years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to conduct guided walking tours across a large technical campus.
- Strong coordination, scheduling, and logistics skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with federal plain-language and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
