About The Position

Provides program management support to Japan and San Diego, performing tasks as needed to support FIO program and project management teams. Services may support one or more phases of a program or project: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout. Travel is not required, and telework is not supported.

Requirements

At least two years of experience.
Experience with networks and NIEF.
High school diploma.
Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain internal working documents, reports, briefings for management and other stakeholders, and other required documentation, whether or not it is delivered to stakeholders.
Identify and analyze applicable requirements, including federal and local regulations and policies, Department of Defense regulations, instructions, and policies, and local regulations and policies.
Develop and manage operations and develop and update program and project management plans.
Develop and maintain financial documentation, including budget estimates, cost estimates, spend plans, and financial reports.
Develop and maintain staffing plans, plans of action, schedules and milestones, and work breakdown structures.
Support configuration management and control.
Develop and maintain risk management plans, risk registers, and risk matrices.
Develop and maintain quality plans and procedures.
Manage item databases, file storage, and archives.
Provide services required for meeting planning and execution, including local NIWC Pacific meetings and inter-office meetings involving NIWC Pacific, program sponsors, and other government stakeholders.
