Innovating today, Leading tomorrow.” This role applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives, analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules, and performs management, technical, or business case analyses. The Program Analyst collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapons/project acquisitions and product programs, tracks program/project status and schedules, and applies government-instituted process for documentation, change control management and data management.

Requirements

  • Journeyman level — at least 3 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Proficient in MS. Office suite of applications.
  • BA/BS degree or related field or supplemental experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Navy Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) application.
  • 3 or more years’ experience supporting NAVAIR acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze program/project financial plans and input data into approved trackers, Navy / PMA web applications.
  • Manage, review, engineering change proposals to assist in project planning / scheduling.
  • Assist in development of project planning, program documentation, and CDRL management in support of program efforts.
  • Provide acquisitions and programmatic support to leadership as required.
