Program Analyst, Senior (PMA 213)
About The Position
Davis Defense Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst (PMA 213) to support the Department of Defense. This role involves applying analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives, analyzing requirements, status, budget, and schedules, and performing management, technical, or business case analyses. The analyst will collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/systems project acquisition and product programs, track program/project status and schedules, and apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control, and data management. The position is based in Patuxent River, MD, requires a Secret clearance, and is an on-site role.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- At least 5 of those years performing management, technical, or business case analyses.
- At least 5 years of experience collecting, completing, organizing and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- BA/BS degree or supplemental experience is required.
- Secret clearance required.
Nice To Haves
- At least 10 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
Responsibilities
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/systems project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Advise Level 1 leadership in cost, schedule and performance of projects with the air traffic management portfolio.
- Review, update and provide recommendations for project budget, budget exhibits in support of POM initiatives.
- Track, manage and support acquisition milestone documentation.
- Perform analysis in in support of cost, configuration management and review documentation in support of projects with their respective milestone.
- Support IPTs, track and manage action items to completion.
