Requirements

  • One year as a Program Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
  • Two years of analytical experience, one of which includes professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Meet the PA residency requirement
  • Be able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

  • Analyze program operations and recommend improvements for efficiency
  • Collect and review data from internal and external sources to support special projects
  • Maintain business data and create monthly and annual reports for leadership
  • Draft and process Consent Orders while coordinating hearings and follow up tasks
  • Serve as the main contact for procurement needs and vendor interactions
  • Provide technical answers for public inquiries and ensure accurate responses from staff
