About The Position

McAngus Goudelock & Courie (MGC) is seeking attorneys to join its Litigation team in Atlanta, Georgia. The role offers hands-on experience across all phases of civil litigation, from case inception through trial, along with direct client contact. Hybrid work options may be considered after training and integration with the team. The position is on a membership track with defined benchmarks and includes a formal mentorship structure. Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, and provide thorough reports.
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
