About The Position
T&M Associates is a leading national consulting, environmental, engineering, technical services and construction management company with over 50 years of experience. They are seeking Summer 2027 interns for various engineering disciplines (civil, environmental, water resources, transportation, mechanical, and electrical) as well as planning, IT, human resources, marketing, and office services. These internships are for current undergraduate students from freshmen through juniors pursuing careers related to the company's industry. Positions are available at various T&M office locations and typically run from late May through August. In-person attendance at office locations is required.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering or a closely related field (for engineering-specific internships).
- Provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Previous internship experience is advantageous.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office is preferred (for engineering-specific internships).
