Professional In-Home Caregiver
About The Position
Provide compassionate, high-quality support to clients in their homes, helping them remain comfortable, safe, and supported while maintaining their independence. Caregivers assist clients and families with personal care, mobility, household routines, companionship, and other everyday needs. The role includes flexible scheduling and full-time or part-time opportunities, with assignments in clients’ homes. Caregivers receive ongoing training, support while in the field, and thoughtful matching with compatible clients. This position is with an independently owned and operated ComForCare franchisee, which is a separate employer from ComForCare and its affiliates.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
- Genuine desire to help others.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Patience and empathy when working with clients.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
- Ability to pass a background check.
