The position offers a stable, consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The company provides paid training, cleaning supplies, a company car, and opportunities for advancement. The job is with a franchise owner of Molly Maid.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Previous cleaning experience
Ability to teach a diverse group of people with a variety of backgrounds and learning styles
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
Valid driver’s license (to earn more)

Cleaning customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicating with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
Maintain equipment (for team leads)
Ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies (for team leads)
