About The Position

Professionally clean customer homes using Merry Maids’ cleaning procedures and products. Team members provide exceptional customer service through consistent home cleaning and help maintain a positive, dependable, team-oriented work environment. The role includes carrying equipment and supplies to and from the office, vehicle, and customer homes, and driving between job sites. Requirements

Ability to distinguish between cleaning products and understand their uses.
Ability to read cleaning instructions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds of equipment.
Ability to tolerate regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
Ability to drive to and from various job sites.

Responsibilities

Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures in customer homes.
Use provided equipment, including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths.
Clean home surfaces, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
Clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.
Vacuum stairs, carpet, hard-surface floors, and furniture.
Move reasonably moveable furniture to clean underneath and behind it.
Carry cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and customers’ homes.
Help keep supplies stocked and maintain equipment.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and support the team effort by being in uniform, dependable, and on time.
Show respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.
Drive to and from various job sites.
