House Cleaner
About The Position
House Cleaners report daily to the office in Kettering and travel to job locations in a company car. Employees work in teams of two and are provided with equipment, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and paid training. The position offers weekly pay, guaranteed 35 to 40 hours per week, and a compensation plan that allows employees to influence their income. The stated pay range is $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, work quality, and speed. The role is full-time and scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime business hours, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The franchise owner is the employer; franchise owners independently set their wage and benefit programs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; some exceptions may be possible.
- Ability to communicate with clients.
Nice To Haves
- House-cleaning experience is a plus but is not required.
