About The Position

Merry Maids is hiring a House Cleaner / Home Service Professional to clean clients’ homes and provide customer service that gives customers peace of mind and more time for their families and activities. The role suits reliable, professional people who arrive on time, enjoy helping others, are comfortable with hands-on cleaning, and take pride in doing more than the minimum. Work may be performed independently or as part of a team. The company provides personal protective equipment, follows social-distancing guidelines, and has disinfecting procedures in place. Paid training is provided at $15 per hour plus split tips with the trainer. Employees keep 100% of their tips after training. The position also offers weekly bonuses for punctuality, attitude, and cleaning according to the company’s system, as well as bonuses for five-star cleanings and converting one-time cleanings. The posting states that most engaged technicians make $600–$800 per week and gives a compensation range of $525–$800 per week. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some Saturdays. The schedule may be flexible for employees who need a different arrangement.
