About The Position

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking a collaborative, solutions-oriented Professional Engineer to join its Water Treatment Group in Kaysville, Utah. The role focuses on water and wastewater treatment planning and design, with opportunities to work flexibly and engage with multiple offices on municipal and industrial projects supporting communities across the Intermountain West. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with operators, clients, and teammates and deliver accurate, high-quality work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer, or ability to acquire licensure within six months.
• At least five years of water or wastewater treatment experience.
• Experience in planning, design, and analysis of treatment systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and offices.

• Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and construction of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Serve as a technical resource across offices, supporting quality assurance, quality control, and design excellence.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams from project conception through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical delivery.
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
