About The Position

Dolphin Transportation Specialist is hiring experienced Professional Chauffeurs and CDL drivers for shuttle service in the Naples/Fort Myers area. The company operates a fleet of luxury vehicles and provides transportation for resorts, colleges and universities, hotels, and cruise ports. Vehicles are normally dispatched from Naples, though dispatching may also be handled through Sarasota or Miami. This is a 24-hour, 365-day operation running seven days a week, so schedules and hours vary. Chauffeurs may work morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening shifts and must work two weekends per month. The role involves interacting with passengers, following maps and dispatch instructions, and loading and unloading luggage. Applicants must submit a resume, driver’s license, and current three-year motor vehicle report or driving record for consideration.

Requirements

• At least three years of chauffeur experience.
• Obtain a DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record with no more than three points.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol tests.
• Ability to adjust to work schedules and business needs.
• Ability to lift luggage.
• Adaptive and flexible, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Submit a resume, driver’s license, and current three-year motor vehicle report or driving record.
• CDL drivers are also sought for shuttle service positions.

• Fluent English is preferred.
• A friendly personality and ability to interact well with passengers.
