Requirements

Enjeux éthiques et déontologiques découlant de l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et des communications dans la pratique du droit.

Responsibilities

Conduct a mediation seminar, including methodology, active participation in seminar work, and mediation exercises.
Conduct a pleading seminar, including methodology, drafting a brief, and presenting a plea.
Teach legal practice and ethics, covering the duties of legal practitioners towards the public, clients, the administration of justice, and the profession.
Develop students' interpersonal skills in consultation and representation, focusing on listening, effective communication, managing emotions in legal practice, and collaboration with other professionals.
Address ethical and deontological issues arising from the use of information and communication technologies in legal practice.
