This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor in the Civil Law Section for the 2027 Winter Semester, teaching the course "Compétences des juristes III : Introduction au règlement des différends" (Course Code: DRC3500 Section: GG00). The course covers a mediation seminar (methodology, active participation, exercises), a pleading seminar (methodology, brief drafting, plea presentation), and legal practice and ethics (duties towards the public, clients, justice administration, profession). It also focuses on interpersonal skills in consultation and representation (listening, effective communication, managing emotions, collaboration) and ethical issues related to information and communication technologies in law practice.
