About The Position

The Civil Law Section of the Faculty of Law seeks to recruit part-time professors who are distinguished by their expertise and play a leading role in the legal profession. This specific course, DRC2500, is titled "Compétences des juristes II : Séminaire de recherche et d'exposé juridique" and focuses on "Droit de la famille et protection de l’enfant" (Family Law and Child Protection). The course is a research and legal presentation seminar.

Requirements

  • Hold a Master's degree or a Doctorate in Law.
  • Have extensive and demonstrated experience in legal research methodology (legal dissertation).
  • Have significant and relevant experience in the field concerned by the course's theme and/or hold a graduate degree in this field and/or have contributed to research through academic publications demonstrating recognized expertise in this field.

Nice To Haves

  • Teaching experience at a law faculty is an asset.

Responsibilities
