About The Position
This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position to teach MUS 2768, "Musique et identités" (Music and Identities), during the 2027 Winter Semester. This course is an introduction to the relationship between music and identity expression. The course will be taught in person.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Musicology; OR MA in Musicology and a recent record of publications in the field of music and identity or music and society.
- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
- Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
Nice To Haves
- Competence in a second language (passive).
Responsibilities
- Teach MUS 2768, "Musique et identités" (Music and Identities) during the 2027 Winter Semester.
