About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring Production Workers in Fort Worth, TX. This is an entry-level position with weekly pay. As a Production Worker, you will operate equipment necessary to manufacture customer products, monitor the quality of products, complete production paperwork, and maintain a safe and clean working environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. The facility is Spanish speaking, and bilingual or Spanish speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Knowledge of hand tools and tape measure.
- Experience in production environment.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be comfortable in a Spanish speaking facility.

Responsibilities
- Operate equipment necessary to manufacture customer products. Equipment can include saws, nail guns, staplers, hammer, band cutters, bander, pallet jack, and tape measure
- Monitor quality of product being produced and notifies the lead or supervisor of any issues
- Complete production paperwork as required, accurately, and completely
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with verbal and written procedures, rules, and regulations throughout shift
- Fill out productivity sheet and shipping tag legibly
