About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment, inspecting parts, and ensuring the quality of materials throughout the production process. We offer a full-time, year-round position with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package that starts on the first day of employment.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S and meet ITAR Requirements.
• Must be able to pass a general skills exam.
• Proficient in computer work and the ability to be a self starter.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds or greater.
• Stand sit or walk for extended periods of time, up to the entire shift.
• Be able to tolerate typical manufacturing environment, including noise, dust and/or heat.
• Able to read and write in English is a must.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing/production factory experience ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and operate equipment.
• Inspect parts as required.
• Verify starting material and supplies are dimensionally correct and operation.
• Log all transactions into the computer.
• Deburr material.
• Prepare material for subsequent processing.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
