About The Position

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is hiring a Production Worker for the Exteriors department at its manufacturing facility in Claysburg, Pennsylvania. Under general supervision, the employee works as part of a production-line team to build manufactured housing and perform quality work at a fast, consistent pace. The role involves manual labor on exterior components, including roofing, sheeting, soffit, fascia, siding, windows, and doors. The employee keeps the work area neat and clean and follows safety procedures. The position is non-exempt. Applicants must be able to pass a 7-panel drug screen.

Less than high school education, up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting or moving of more than 100 pounds.
