Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Basic math and communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous food manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and stage ingredients according to production schedules and product specifications.
Operate, monitor, and assist with production equipment and machinery.
Follow recipes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Package finished soup products according to company standards.
Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain accurate production records as required.
Perform cleaning and sanitation activities to support food safety standards.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with receiving, storing, and handling ingredients and packaging materials.
Support changeovers, equipment setup, and general production needs.
Identify and communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
