About The Position

Mann Lake is hiring seasonal Production Workers for feed manufacturing. The position pays $19 per hour and runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No experience is required, and training is provided. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Strong performers may be considered for a full-time, year-round position.

The role involves producing goods to quality specifications, tracking feed production and inventory, maintaining and adjusting equipment, following safety and FDA requirements, documenting work accurately, and keeping the work area clean. Production takes place in a facility with temperatures that vary by season. Pre-employment drug screening is required, excluding THC.

Requirements

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Resourcefulness and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, stacking, pushing, pulling, and sorting products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Pass the required pre-employment drug screening, excluding THC.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a mill or machine operator in feed line manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is a plus.
