About The Position

Gold-Eagle Cooperative is hiring a full-time Feed Mill Worker in Galt, Iowa. The role supports daily operations at a feed mill facility, including loading and unloading trucks, maintaining equipment, upholding housekeeping standards, and operating computer-controlled systems. The worker contributes to efficient production and a team-oriented workplace while following company safety procedures and supporting the goal of a zero-injury culture.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is initially scheduled for day shifts and may transition to night shifts as production demand grows. Benefits are available after a 30-day probation period.

Requirements
