About The Position

Gray America Corp. and its subsidiaries are seeking a motivated Production Worker to help produce high-quality products efficiently and on time. The role works closely with the production and Quality teams to meet daily production targets and ensure products meet quality standards. It is not a forklift or material-handling position. Good attendance, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important. Applicants with inconsistent work history or frequent job changes, such as several jobs in less than a year or short periods at several jobs, will not be considered. The position involves operating and maintaining production equipment, performing quality checks, and helping maintain a clean and safe work environment. Employees stand for extended periods and may bend, stoop, scoot, crouch, extend, and use manual dexterity. The work also involves assembling and disassembling machines for setup and changeover. The facility is not climate controlled, and employees get dirty.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability and knowledge to operate and maintain production machines and machine tools.
Mechanical inclination and strong mechanical aptitude.
Experience with quality control processes.
Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
Some computer use is necessary.
Good attendance and a consistent work history.
