About The Position

NPS Metals is hiring a dependable, hard-working Production Worker to support steel processing and keep customer orders moving through the facility. The role involves hands-on work with machinery and materials, from preparing raw steel to checking, organizing, and packaging finished parts. It is an active, fast-paced position focused on quality, precision, safety, and meeting customer needs.

The regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with overtime available as needed. Training takes place on first shift for two weeks, Monday through Thursday, from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $22.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Requirements

• Ability to read work orders and instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables from laser machines using hammers or mallets.
• Grind edges and clean parts as needed.
• Read and follow order details and work instructions in English.
• Verify part quality and complete related paperwork.
• Count and organize parts for packaging or shipping.
• Prepare materials in advance to maintain a steady workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
