About The Position

The Production Worker performs tasks involved in producing the company’s products, following standard work methods and safe work practices to support efficient and safe production. The role may rotate through multiple stations within the department and requires following written production documentation in English. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to follow written production documentation in English.
• Ability to use tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety rules, ISO requirements, and the Lancer Quality Policy.
• Ability to work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Inspect components and completed work for proper assembly within the allotted task time.
• Meet production requirements across all workflow processes.
• Document work using production and quality forms.
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
• Use tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Rotate through multiple job stations within the department.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow written production documentation in English.
• Follow safety rules, ISO requirements, and the Lancer Quality Policy.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Be willing to cross-train and move to other areas when needed.
