About The Position

Northern Contours is hiring for a woodworking production role on the 1st shift. The job is performed in a manufacturing environment and involves learning through on-the-job training, following schedules and assignments from the department supervisor, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following company policies and procedures. Other related duties may be assigned as required.

The role requires repetitive work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts. Employees must use safety equipment and be able to meet the listed physical demands.

Requirements

• Ability to use simple math and basic handheld measuring tools.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while staying focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for eight hours or more per day while bending and twisting.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
