About The Position

The Production Supervisor leads a team that transforms raw materials into finished products. The role is responsible for efficient, safe, and high-quality production operations that meet customer expectations, production targets, and delivery timelines. It involves allocating resources, overseeing production scheduling, resolving product or equipment issues with internal teams, and improving operational performance. The supervisor also guides and develops team members and ensures compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of workforce management and resource optimization.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
Experience with timekeeping systems such as Kronos.

Responsibilities

Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
Oversee production scheduling to align with demand plans and inventory levels.
Identify and recommend improvements to equipment and facilities.
Ensure timely execution of production processes and on-time delivery.
Identify and implement performance improvements to drive operational excellence.
Resolve critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve goals.
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
