About The Position

The Production Supervisor provides leadership to employees in manufacturing operations and supports them as needed. The role is responsible for maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and performance standards while meeting production goals. The position works 1st shift, 6:50 a.m.–2:50 p.m., Monday through Friday, in a general manufacturing, warehouse, and office environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work well with employees and internal customers.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign workload and priorities to direct and indirect employees.
• Maintain product quality and quantity standards for output.
• Enforce operating policies and procedures.
• Provide training and assistance to employees.
• Interview candidates for open positions.
• Resolve union issues.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and performance standards while meeting production goals.
