Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ability to follow procedures, document work accurately, and communicate effectively with team members.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or similar hands-on environment preferred.
Forklift operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload process equipment and materials.
Operate process equipment to produce material that meets customer specifications.
Operate a forklift and follow proper material handling procedures.
Maintain accurate batch and run documentation to support lot integrity.
Monitor equipment, identify issues, and support troubleshooting and problem solving.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with housekeeping standards.
Follow all safety, health, environmental, and site procedures.
Actively participate in safety meetings, incident investigations, hazard recognition, and EHS activities.
Support responsible waste management and environmental compliance activities.
