About The Position

We’re hiring Production Technicians for our aluminum casting foundry. No foundry or molten metal experience is required, as training will be provided from the ground up. This is an active, hands-on job for individuals who enjoy staying mobile and working with their hands. The foundry operates multiple industrial-scale molten aluminum furnaces. Responsibilities include monitoring furnaces, preparing molds, pouring molten metal, operating finishing equipment, and supporting production throughout the department. This role offers daily variety and cross-training, meaning you won't be performing the same task at a single station every day. You will move throughout the department, continuously learning new skills. The foundry environment is hot year-round, and employees will wear specialized heat-resistant PPE. Individuals with experience in physically demanding environments such as construction, roofing, or manufacturing may find the pace and conditions familiar. This is a stable, long-established manufacturer that invests heavily in training. Opportunities exist for employees to advance into lead and higher-responsibility roles over time.
