About The Position
The Foundry Technician (Herman Molder) works onsite in Newton, Mississippi, on the first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The role supports a safe, efficient, and compliant foundry work environment by participating in safety programs, maintaining an orderly work area, following company policies and work instructions, and operating and maintaining molding equipment. No regular travel is expected.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain molding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good attendance record.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in safety programs and demonstrate commitment to zero-harm behaviors.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area free of hazards.
- Maintain a strong attendance record and follow company policies and work instructions.
- Monitor and support safety initiatives, maintain workplace order, and adhere to operational guidelines.
- Operate and maintain molding equipment safely and efficiently.
