About The Position

NOV is seeking a motivated and reliable Foundry Worker for its Marble Falls, Texas facility. This position supports the melt process for a variety of investment casting products in a hands-on, safety-focused, team-oriented manufacturing environment. The role involves loading and unloading high-temperature ovens, assisting with melt operations, maintaining temperature control, and cleaning and rebuilding melt pots. It also supports production workflows by interpreting work orders, completing labor tickets, and staging materials and work orders for melt and knockout processes. The employee must follow NOV policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and be willing to work overtime, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• General knowledge of quality control principles.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience or familiarity with the investment casting (lost wax) process.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload high-temperature ovens for the metal pouring process.
• Assist with melt operations, including filtering, applying hot tops, covering, and repairing molds.
• Monitor and maintain temperature control and perform deslagging procedures as required.
• Disassemble, clean, and rebuild melt pots to support safe and efficient operation.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervision.
• Adhere to NOV company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Read and interpret work orders to determine production requirements.
• Accurately complete and submit labor tickets.
• Stage work orders and materials to support the melt process.
• Prepare and stage work orders for the knockout process.
