About The Position

The Foundry Technician (Herman Molder) works onsite in Newton, Mississippi, on the first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The role supports safe and efficient foundry operations by participating in safety initiatives, maintaining an organized work area, following company policies and work instructions, and operating and maintaining molding equipment. No regular travel is expected. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Good reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate and maintain molding equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good attendance record.
